- This Copyright Notice highlights topics covered in the “User Agreement and Terms of Use,” and uses the words “Company,” “Site,” “Contents,” “User,” and “Agreement” as defined in the “User Agreement and Terms of Use.”
- All Contents of the Site are protected by copyright as a collective work or compilation under United States copyright and other foreign laws.
- Specifically, all Contents of the Site are copyright property of the Company and/or published under exclusive license from their legal owners.
- The User must abide by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the Site.
- The User may create web links to any URL on the Site, but the User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works of, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the Site’s Contents.

Your writing must include:

- (4) your contact information, including your address, your telephone number, and your email

- (6) a legally binding statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
